      This article reports on a meeting held in London, England in third week of May 2003 in which delegates to the organization United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity asked United Nation's World Conservation Monitoring Centre in Cambridge, Great Britain to develop a list of 10 or so indicators that governments could use to track biodiversity health. Biodiversity advocates hope the list will help inspire government efforts to monitor biodiversity loss.
