The article focuses on the political support and financial assistance for Horn of Africa. Topics discussed include representatives from several agencies who combined force to help the region, which include United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, World Bank Group (WBG) President Jim Yong Kim, and African Development Bank (AfDB), several issues in the region, including poverty, malnutrition, and illiteracy, and promotion of sustainable development.
