- Abstract: The central question in this survey is to investigate the theory and methodology of creation and simulation strategic scenarios of water in basin. This theory is based on three elements of linear algebra: matrices, graph and games theory. The integration was used by methods of structural, of social actors and morphological analysis for planning and water management. To facilitate the understanding, the simulation brought important contributions through three software: MICMAC (matrix of impact Cross - multiplication applied to the classification), MACTOR (actors, objectives and ratios) and MORPHOL (morphological matrix). The field of study is the river basin Ararandeua, characterized by predominantly practice deforestation in the Amazon, with high incidence of conflicts by use of water. The work demonstrates the need for water use planning should consider the dynamic social, economic and environmental territory on the vision of sustainable development. From the field work carried out under the search could create and simulate scenarios river basin Ararandeua. Between scenarios created are two alternative for management of water resources: the scenario sustainable and scenario trend of exploitation of natural resources. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
