      WEATHER RADAR MER-93S-K. (English)
    • Abstract:
This paper describes the weather radar MER-93S-K and its problem considering that this radar is older production and some part are no longer in production. The biggest problem for this radar is transmit- receive switch. Currently installed switch are produced in the 60's and 70's of the last century and it is no longer in the production. However there are switches of modern design that could be used as a replacement for existing. Paper is divided in several chapters. In the introductory part there are generally described radar systems. In the second chapter there are described weather radars, their development, types of applications. In the third chapter radar MER-93S-K is described. In the fourth chapter a modern transmit-receive switches are described and suggested a possible replacement for the existing transmit- receive switch. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
