      The article presents information related to kirtan or devotional singing. It is noted that the singing of Bhajan is a part of the spiritual music tradition of India and refers to the singing of songs in prayers or hymns to the divine. It is mentioned that kirtan is free and spontaneous and is fuelled by the immediate state of being and all voices are united with others without requiring any skill or preparation.
