    • Abstract:
The article informs about the Common Sense in Copyright Act, a legislative bill which is yet not approved by the Finnish Ministry of Justice with an aim of reducing the penalties on the small-scale private downloading from peer-to-peer networks. As mentioned, the bill was proposed by Joonas Pekkanen of Open Ministry, a nonprofit organization which proposes law and campaigns for the welfare of people.
