Search and Development of Employees in Polish Airlines.

Processes of searching and development of employees as key elements of human capital management in polish airlines are discussed in the article. The definition of „human capital management in the air transport enterprises“ is presented. Then the process of recruitment and selection of employees in PLL LOT is discussed and the use of different methods of the airline employees' search for administrative-managerial and aviation personnel groups is provided. The process of employees development is presented by the analysis of the activity of aviation personnel training centers to improve the aviation personnel competence. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Artykuł dotyczy procesów doboru i rozwoju pracowników, jako kluczowych elementów zarządzania kapitałem ludzkim w polskich liniach lotniczych. Zdefiniowano pojęcie zarządzania kapitałem ludzkim w przedsiębiorstwie lotniczo-transportowym. Następnie zbadano proces rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników w PLL LOT i sprawdzono zastosowanie różnych metod doboru pracowników linii lotniczej dla grup administracyjno-kierowniczej i lotniczej. Proces rozwoju pracowników jest przedstawiony w kontekście analizy działalności ośrodków szkolenia lotniczego w celu udoskonalenia kompetencji personelu lotniczego. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
