- Abstract:
The article presents a case study of a 33-year-old multiparous pregnant woman at seven weeks gestation who showed to the clinic after three days of vomiting, abdominal pain, and compulsive bathing. The patients' vital signs were normal without orthostatic changes in blood pressure or heart rate while chlamydia culture was positive. The patients' symptoms, history of daily cannabis use, and lack of improvement from analgesics and antiemetics led to the diagnosis of cannabinoid hyperemesis.
