      The article discusses aspects on the potential risks of agroterrorism that is a subset of bioterrorism. Defined is agroterrorism as the deliberate introduction of an animal or plant disease that inflicts fear, economic losses, and undermines social stability. Indicated are the risks on human health through food contamination and other possible vulnerabilities such as farms, livestocks, and food production as targets among terrorists.
