- Abstract:
The article focuses on a study published online in "The American Journal of Psychiatry" which found that the impact of children who were frequently bullied extended well into midlife. It says that their social relationships were affected too. It notes that children who were bullied were at increased risk of living without a spouse or partner at age 50, and were less likely to have access to social support if they were sick.
