This article presents the author's thoughts on holding dinner parties that serve exotic and foreign dishes. The author presented the details of an Indian dinner served by his friends. Based on the essay, the dinner party was a disaster. In this regard, the author discussed the factors that may hinder the success of such parties. He argues that one of the major reasons is the lack of the practice of the people in charge of cooking the dishes in the parties.
