- Abstract:
The article focuses on an initiative to convert existing highways into routes capable of handling large loads across nine states in the U.S. The organization Prairie-to-Port Coalition is promoting the use Canamex trade corridor as a possible route. It highlights the shortage of corridors that could accommodate increasing trade. The economic benefits of creating a 2,300-mile corridor through rural areas in the West are also discussed.
