      The article reports that contractors are working to complete the 350-million U.S. dollar taconite pellet plant in Reynolds, Indiana that will supply AK Steel blast furnaces in Middletown and Ashland, Kentucky owned by Magnetation LLC. It identifies Dilling Group Inc. and Midwest Constructors LLC as among project contractors. It also notes that the pellet plant project forecasts further labor crunches in the region as employers continue to seek skilled labor amidst uptick in economic activity.
