The article discusses fossil finds of Miocene vertebrates from the vicinity of Žvarulje near Mlinše in Central Slovenia. The fossils were found in the Lower Miocene Govce formation. Fragments of dental plates and caudal spines ascribed of the genera Myliobatis, Aetobatus and Rhinoptera were also relatively common.
