      The article describes the case of a 32-year-old right-handed health care aid who presents with pain in her right lateral epicondyle region. The patient has tried corticosteroidal injection and had partial benefit from shock wave therapy and physiotherapy and was prepapred for prolotherapy. The article discusses the procedure for prolotherapy injection on the enthesis of extensor carpi radialis brevis and the annular ligament using the barbotage approach on periosteal contact for treating pain.
