The article focuses on the regulation imposed by the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) which restricts employers from creating their own social media rules for employees. It states that the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) Section 7 protects employee rights of freedom to join, assists, and form organizations.
