The article discusses the plan of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for cleaning contaminated ground water and soil at the Cidra Ground Water Contamination site in Cidra, Puerto Rico. According to the author, the site consists of an industrial park and parts of Cidra's commercial district. The cleanup plan is a combination of different technologies, which will be applied in three areas including a dry cleaner business and a vacant property.
