The article focuses on the view of the panelist at the general counsel roundtable at a conference in Miami, Florida in 2013, that they would not want to pay bribes in order to do business in Latin America. Participants include Luis Miguel Briola of Grupo Bimbo, Ruben Diaz Jr. of Grupo Pellas, and Ana Salas Siegel of Fox Latin America.
