      The article looks at global migration trends of the future, as of October 2013. Topics include how population growth and political turmoil in some African countries might spur emigration out of Africa, the decline in immigration to California, and the expectation that there will be an increase in immigration to the U.S. of high-skilled foreigners, largely from Asia, particularly if U.S. immigration law is reformed.
