      The article reports that businessmen from several Marshall Plan countries have adopted a resolution proposed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) calling on their governments to establish a European Payments Union to abolish all quotas in inter-European trade as of April 15, 1950. It highlights the ICC meeting at New York City's Ritz-Carlton hotel where several European businessmen call for abolition of U.S. tariff.
