      The article looks at the efforts of the Psychological Corporation to set up a battery of psychological tests to be used by employment offices in screening applicants. A brief history of the company is presented, which started in 1921. It highlights a national poll conducted by the company on the buying habits of consumers. It also discusses the help provided by psychologists in the expansion of defense industries through the selection of reliable and well-balanced foremen and workers.
