      The author contends that next generation screening (NGS) is another weapon to eliminate people with disabilities from the population. The procedure involves the scanning of tissue samples from each embryo in vitro to eliminate those with chromosomal abnormalities. He claims that eugenic abortion is used to destroy bearers of Down syndrome before birth. He points out the consequences for the search for the perfect genetic structure.
