      The article describes the case of a 14-year-old girl who complained of worsening abdominal pain over a one-month period. She also experienced diarrhea, nonbilious emesis, decreased appetite and weight loss. Information on the results of her physical and laboratory examinations is provided. She was diagnosed with ileocolic intussusception via a computed tomography of her abdomen and pelvis. Differetial diagnoses for her condition include ulcerative colitis and Crohn disease.
