      The article evaluates some commonly used dietary supplements for various body systems as they relate to exercise. It discusses the use of antioxidant supplement in attempts to prevent free-radical damage to lessen muscular fatigue. It describes a central role L-carnitine plays in fat and carbohydrate oxidation, particularly during exercise. It relates that chromium picolinate supplement is for muscle building, fat loss, and can reduce type 2 diabetes risk.
