    • Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to study the relationships between the associations of returnees, the state and society in Mali. The author shows that the migration dimension is a key parameter in the understanding of the current crisis. This dimension makes it possible to rethink the past and ongoing changes around instances of mobilization of migrants and examine the practical modes of strengthening political positions in the Malian context. Advocating for new laws, migrant militants call for an overhaul of migration policies and increased protection of the state. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
