The article offers information on several exercises and tips for building strong pectoral muscles (pecs) on the chest. It is stated that while doing the incline barbell press exercise, one should adjust the grip width to find the hand position that produces the strongest press. When doing flat-bench dumbbell press, one should contract his pecs and extend the arms to press the dumbbells straight up over the chest. One should warm up sufficiently before starting the workout.
