      The article offers information on the works of simultaneous Internet publication and discusses the implementation of works of the Berne Convention in 1886 in U.S. Copyright Law under the U.S. Copyright Act. It informs that works of foreign origin should be included in the definition of U.S. works. It analyzes that the aspects of current U.S. law are not in compliance with Berne Convention and offers recommendations for it.
