The article presents a systematic review on telephone follow-up with patients who underwent myocardial revascularization. The review concluded that telephone follow-up had positive effects on the outcomes of patients. The review findings support periodic follow-up, assessing the mood symptoms and anxiety levels through telephone but this method cannot be recommended.
