This is part 2 in McLagan's four-part series on change. Part 1 (November) dealt with change leadership and the challenges of change that organizations are facing. McLagan scanned the world's research, showing that leaders everywhere are concerned about their track records with planned change, and she described some of the reasons for failure and frustration.
