- Abstract: Nowadays more and more people around the world use the Internet to communicate with other users, friends and family. The popularity of social networking sites (such as Facebook) is growing because they bring people together and help them contact each other to participate in their lives. Companies have noticed great potential in participating in online communities to make it easier for consumers to associate with brands and products. The aim of the article is to present the importance of brands becoming a part of social networks to create relationships with customers by working on a brand image. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
- Abstract: Współcześnie coraz więcej ludzi z całego świata korzysta z Internetu w celu komunikowania się z innymi użytkownikami, znajomymi i rodziną. Równocześnie stale rosnącą popularnością cieszą się serwisy społecznościowe (takie jak m.in. Facebook), których głównym założeniem jest zbliżanie ludzi do siebie i ułatwienie im kontaktu w celu poznania się i uczestniczenia w ich życiu. Przedsiębiorstwa zauważyły w takich serwisach ogromny potencjał i same zaczęły uczestniczyć w społecznościach internetowych by ułatwić konsumentom obcowanie z markami, a także produktami. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie, przesłanek, które kierują przedsiębiorstwami podejmującymi kreowanie wizerunku swoich marek w mediach społecznościowych. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
