      The article focuses on the start of the trial involving the claims of sexual abuse survivors against Cardinal Timothy Dolan in federal bankruptcy court as test cases for those who were adulated are eligible for damages. The lawyers were told by judge Susan V. Kelley in a hearing on February 21, 2013 that all the challenges to the claims will not be heard in court. However, Archbishop Jerome Listecki has made little effort to pursue insurance coverage for victims since filing for bankruptcy.
