    • Abstract:
The article offers information on a study conducted by researchers related to the use of interleukin-12 (IL-12) and IL-23 signalling for treatment of Alzheimer's disease. They analyzed microglia's phenotype from transgenic mice and found increased expression of p40, which is a common subunit of IL-12 and IL-23. It highlights that administration of a p40-specific antibody reduced formation of amyloid-β plaque.
