      Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organisation (KOSGEB) is established in 1990 with the law no. 3624, in order to increase SMEs' share in economical and social development by offering quality service and supports towards developing SMEs' power of competition and spreading culture of entrepreneurship. KOSGEB is the only public agency founded to provide supports to SMEs in Turkiye. KOSGEB has seven different support programmes. "R&D, Innovation and Industrial Implementation Support Programme" of KOSGEB Support Programs and best practice examples of the R&D Projects will be presented in this paper. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
