      The article discusses the creation of the High Impact Performance (HIP) programme by ING Group and the world we work in (TWWWI). It notes that the global network of experienced faculty and facilitators TWWWI and ING have co-created the HIP programme designed for high value specialists' (HVS) professional development and to accelerate strategy execution. It notes that four-day programme consists of strategy, client and personal impact model and a series of sequenced action learning assignments.
