Les symptômes et les problèmes de la santé sexuelle de la population des patients névrotiques de l'hôpital de jour. (French)

Aim. Analysis of prevalence of symptoms and problems connected with sexuality in patients admitted to a day hospital for neurotic and behavioral disorders' treatment. Method. The results of diagnostics of 2582 women and 1347 men, admitted for psychotherapy in a day hospital, because of neurotic, behavioral and personality disorders. Results. Symptoms from the sexuality area revealed themselves to be frequent in the population of patients entering psychotherapy in a day hospital for neurotic disorders, and they were not directly linked to sexological treatment. Also traumatic events potentially disturbing psychosexual development were reported by patients, however with a different frequency, this being higher for self-assessed lack of sexual education in childhood or forced sexual debut, and low for incest or very early commencement, and for being punished for masturbation. Conclusions. Psychotherapists as well as other professionals treating neurotics, should expect -- besides numerous typical symptoms: anxiety, somatization etc. -- complaints from area of sexual dysfunctions. Objectif. Analyser la prévalence des symptômes et des problèmes liés avec la sexualité des patients névrotiques de l'hôpital de jour. Méthode. On examine les questionnaires KO »0 » et les enquêtes de 2582 femmes et de 1347 hommes hospitalisés de jour à cause des troubles nerveux. Résultats. Chez ces patients les symptômes liés avec la sexualité sont très fréquents. Il en est de même avec les événements troublant potentiellement le développement psychosexuel : par ex. sentiment du manque de l'éducation sexuelle, de l'initiation forcée ; plus rarement on note l'inceste, l'initiation sexuelle très précoce ou la masturbation punie. Conclusions. Les psychothérapeutes et les autres spécialistes en question doivent prendre en considération les dysfonctions sexuelles coexistant avec les symptômes typiques tels que l'anxiété ou la somatisation. Ziel. Analyse der Häufigkeit der mit der Sexualität verbundenen Symptome und Probleme bei den Patienten, die in die Tagesabteilung für die Behandlung der Nervenstörungen und behavioralen Störungen aufgenommen wurden. Methode. Symptomen -- Fragebögen KO „0" und Lebenslauf -- Umfragen wurden durch 2582 Frauen und 1347 Männer ausgefüllt. Diese Personen wurden in die Tagesabteilung zur Behandlung der Nerven-, Persönlichkeitsstörungen und behavioralen Störungen mit Psychotherapie aufgenommen. Ergebnisse. In der Population der Patienten, die in die Tagesabteilung zur Behandlung erschienen, die keinen direkten Zusammenhang mit der sexuellen Behandlung hatte, zeigten sich oft sexuelle Symptome, so wie auch die Ereignisse, die die psychosexuelle Entwicklung störten, darunter u.a. Mangel an sexuelle Bildung, erzwungene Initiation. Seltener wurden der Inzest, eine sehr frühe sexuelle Initiation, oder Strafe für Masturbation gemeldet. Schlussfolgerungen. Die Psychotherapeuten und andere Fachärzte, die die Nervenstörungen behandeln, sollten neben den typischen Symptomen wie: Angst, somatische Symptome, auch die Störungen der sexuellen Dysfunktion in Betracht nehmen.
