    • Abstract:
      The article presents a case study of a 52 year old man who was suffering from joint pain and stiffness of his hips, right elbow and lumbar region. He had swelling and reduced movement of his right shoulder and left shoulder and pink rash across his chest. On diagnosis for various defects, doctors finally found the adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD), which is a multisystem inflammatory disorder. The disease is diagnosed by Yamaguchi criteria and Prednisolone can improve arthritic symptoms. INSET: Panel: Yamaguchi criteria for diagnosis of AOSD2.
