- Abstract:
Both senses of the title emerge in this article. My work as a coach, supervisor and trainer often focuses on supporting others to discover what they do not know they know and to learn what they want to know and sometimes what they might prefer to remain ignorant of. I describe and explain some of the methods used -- practices that help people reveal more to themselves and others, to feel more peaceful, as well as be more effective. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
