      This article is a synopsis of the conference "Trójkąt Weimarski wobec wyzwań przyszłości: Europejska Polityka Sąsiedztwa oraz Wspólna Poltyka Bezpieczeństwa i Obrony UE," which took place at the Belweder Palace in Warsaw, Poland, on September 13, 2011. The event coincided with the 20 year anniversary of the so-called Weimar Triangle, a cooperative partnership between France, Germany and Poland. Among the topics broached during the conference was future of this partnership, combined strategies/policies with respect to foreign policy, economics, and future European cooperative endeavors, as well as common security and defense goals in Europe and with trans-Atlantic partners.
