The article discusses three-dimensional (3-D) printing equipment from technology company Organovo that may one day be used to produce organs for transplantation. According to the article, printers can arrange muscle cells to facilitate the growth and production of human muscle cell tissue. Photographs of Organovo equipment and the muscle tissue production process are included.
