      The author offers insight on investing in Chinese stocks. He finds the investing approach of Junheng Li, founder of New York-based equity research consultancy JL Warren Capital, as too common back in 2010 and thinks that investing in momentum is unsustainable. He blames ill-informed investors who are enticed by shortcuts to high returns as well as opportunistic investment bankers willing to spin public offerings out of anything they could find as the reasons for frauds.
