      The article reports that Common Pleas Judge Idee C. Fox denied the request of Philadelphia Gay News (PGN) for an access of the 911 recordings on Nizah Morris' death. Fox says that the 911 recordings are exempt from disclosure under the Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) and the state Criminal History Records Information Act. It mentions that the court ruling states the importance of the tapes in revealing the investigation's progress. Moreover, Morris death in December 22, 2004 is discussed.
