      The article discusses the foreign relations between Brazil and Argentina with reference to Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff's trip to Argentina. Rousseff aims to discuss expanding cooperation in the fields of electricity, nuclear energy and social development with her Argentine counterpart Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. Other issues on Rousseff's agenda include growth of trade, joint construction of a hydroelectric facility and cooperation in housing development programs and biofuels.
