      The article discusses the business activities of online site Amazon as of February 2012 and its impact. Amazon reported that sale of Kindle ebooks were more than that of print book in May 2011. Some of Amazon's offerings such as its book lending program and its Price Check application were reportedly condemned by the business community for predatory practice. Facebook launched an effort called the Occupy Amazon community which encouraged users to buy local and boycott Amazon.
