The article describes the case of a pylorogastric intussusceptions in a young breed dog with acute onset of profuse vomiting and a mass-like lesion in the stomach on abdominal radiographs. It considers the case as the first report of pylorogastric intussusception diagnosed using endoscopy. It highlights the importance of the endoscopic appearance of pylorogastric intussusception for the veterinary endoscopist.
