    • Abstract:
The article presents a study which examines the neural circulatory control in two vasovagal syncope (VVS) phenotypes such as low blood pressure (BP) VVS (LBPS) and normal BP VVS. The study performs sympathetic nervous testing among VVS patients during head-up tilt (HUT). Result shows microneurography in the normal level on subjects with normal BP during HUT, but is accentuated in low BP subjects. Moreover, norepinephrine spillover was subnormal in both patients during the HUT.
