The article discusses a court case where a schizophrenic employee of a public power company alleged that his company violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reviewed the case of his being placed on involuntary leave by the company despite recommendations of company physicians to return him to work. It looks into the defects of the complaint of the employee to claim for "Regarded As" disability discrimination under the ADA.
