      The article discusses the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) within the context of the European Union's Eastern neighbours namely Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus. It reflects on the May 2011 Communication drafted by the European Commission and High Representative that mirrors the debate on the need to refine ENP. It presents recommendations for tackling corruption, organising ENP and enhancing of monies dedicated to multilateral/regional endeavors.
