- Abstract:
The article reports that the Chiltern Evergreen project in Great Britain is being upgraded with a funding deal between Network Rail Ltd. and Chiltern Railways Co. Ltd. The project will slash service times between London Maryle-bone and stations through to Birmingham, England by as much as 30 minutes. Network Rail has lent Chiltern the money to fund the upgrade and will recoup this from track access charges paid by Chiltern's train operating arm.
