      The article discusses the political and economic conditions of Syria. It is mentioned that the United Nations supported Special Tribunal for Lebanon have ordered the indictment of four members of the militant group Hezbollah for the assassination of former prime minster Rafiq Hariri. The order have increased the economic and political instability of the country. Also, the ongoing civil protests in Syria have affected the conditions of Lebanon adversely.
