      Para lograr un desarrollo competitivo de la Industria Química cubana es de vital importancia considerar la aplicación del Análisis de Procesos en la asimilación de nuevas tecnologías que permitan a las empresas consolidarse de forma tecnológica y energéticamente sustentable, y ambientalmente compatible. En el artículo se describe una metodología de trabajo, con ayuda de las herramientas del Análisis de Procesos, que permite incluir los principales aspectos a evaluar para la asimilación de nuevas tecnologías como resultado del desarrollo tecnológico en la industria de procesos químicos; la misma puede ser perfectamente aplicable a otros procesos industriales, como el caso de la Industria Azucarera.       In order to obtain a competitive development of the Cuban Chemical Industry it is of vital importance of considering the application of the Analysis of Processes in the assimilation of new technologies that allow the power sustentables companies to consolidate of technological form and environmentally compatible. In the work is described a work methodology, with the help of the tools of the Analysis of Processes, that allows to include the main aspects to evaluate for the assimilation of new technologies like result of the technological development in the industry of chemical processes; the same one can perfectly be applicable to other industrial processes, as the case of the Sugar Industry.
